This blog is dedicated to Jesse and Tori's Monday evening section of Principles of Experience Design at the Ontario College of Art and Design, Winter 2008.
I think this will be definately fun for art student. Especially, material art student. This game was fun becuz we can be creative and get any accessory that we like!
who - art gangster, illustration, stylish designers, indie kid
Since this game has varieties of materials and almost plain toy structure, the possible outcomes will be unlimited. In this reason I think bunch of art students will love this art & craft. I really love the idea of random theme for making toy ( like passion or fear etc) I think the age group for this package & toy would also include grade 1~5 kids, especially girls! Maybe you could add more varieties of accessories to cover age group, (gender) of boys. When I was working on the theme of fear, I wanted more varieties of shapes and colors. (it only limited to pink, yellow, purple or heart shape, flower shape etc.)
I had to comment because im in the picture! The is a cute and fun game. Works for me because I like making things and there are no instructions required. I had fun with it and made 3 things!!
i think this is really really fun! i think the best thing about it is the freedom. but i think there may be a little too much freedom. i think if you focus a little bit on maybe some kind of objective it might male the activity a little more substantial.good luck!!
Hi Milena, I thought your game was really fun, it allowed the players to symbolize and create meaning using a variety of materials and to see how people perceive meaning differently. You gave me the word passion; it was very interesting to see how I comprehend and represented this word as an object. Your game allowed a lot of freedom and exploration so I think that if you had some restrictions/ limitation that it would make the game more challenging.
i really enjoyed toy so much fun. Especially for our ocad students...most of the students love to do things with hands including me. Any age group has play with it.nicee!!!well done i dont know what else to say
