The object I love is my phone, the Motorola Ming. It is a touch screen smart PDA style phone that provides an auditory as well as visual feedback every time a button is pressed. In terms of visibility it has an option which allows the user to easily change the order of the icons in the menu screen, in other words, it utilizes hierarchical organization so that the most important choices are seen first. For example, you can program it so that Messages, Recent Calls, Camera and Alarms show up first. This way you wont have to scroll down past useless applications such as FM Radio, Recorder, Tasks, etc (Applications rarely used).
Position of the controls so that the behaviours correspond to the layout and behaviour of the device could not be more apparent since there are no "real" buttons except on, off, and volume control on the side. The rest of the options are operated through the touchscreen menu. This means that there are no single controls for multiple functions as seen in many phones.
