Hi Andrey:

I very much appreciate the detail of your proposals, and their unconstrained spirit. The challenge now is to simplify - in all cases, your concepts are filled with complexity that may not be necessary to fulfill their essence. Read the page on Ockham's Razor!

For example, the notion of using pins to create a modular maze is quite interesting. The psycho-pleasure of a maze is short-lived - but what if the maze was forever changing? I'm not sure that the levers or even the competitive aspects you propose are necessary to fulfill your proposition's potential. Look up "Plinko" from "The Price is Right" . . .

Also, if you haven't already, check out

The music-squeeze-ball is also quite fascinating. Is there a way that you could simulate the experience of this toy without having to build the electronic components?

Lastly, the notion of a non-orthogonal set of construction blocks (leaving the caterpillar aside for a moment) is quite wonderful. Deconstructivist architecture has challenged conventional notions of building, and there's a clever irony to deconstructing deconstruction. Is there a way to make the reconfigurable elements both perceptibly unique and still modular?
